Good morning and welcome to another amazing week, I know a lot of you probably dread Monday, but try and embrace it and make the most out of it! I've been seeing the below quoted definition around a lot lately in various magazines, in books and online & I really dig it!

Free Spirit – 1.  a person with a highly individual or unique attitude, lifestyle or imagination; nonconformist. 2. a person who lives according to their own wishes and beliefs, unconstrained by society's conventions.

I'd love to consider myself a free spirit but some days I feel as though the worlds conventions try to pull me back down. Being at the beach and listening to the waves really brings me peace and makes feel as though all those worries & stresses seem so small & in the long run won't matter if I take a few deep breathes and put it all into perspective. 

Putting things into perspective for yourself can sometimes be hard but it is also very helpful to keep calm & stress free to live your best life – which I admit myself I am still learning to do!

A few helpful tips:

1. When your feeling anxious, angry or distressed – stop, walk away, take a deep breathe and count to 10.
2. When you feel worse off then the rest of the world – think about the positives in your life and focus on making those priority.
3. Take time out of your day to spend time with yourself to mediate, do yoga or do something that brings you joy.
