I am absolutely loving this beautiful Spring weather that has hit our Aussie shores.. warm sunny days, cool nights.. ah bliss!! I've also noticed I have a lot more energy now Spring has sprung, I want to eat lighter meals and be active a lot more, my mood has even lifted.. this is no doubt the result of eating lighter and being more active..the warmer weather to me is just..the best!

I also thought I would share a couple of my favorite simple workouts that I have been enjoying lately as I have felt more motivation to get back into the swing of more exercise during the week! Exercise 1: The Leg Slimming Pilates Butt & Thigh Workout & Exercise 2: Lower Body Workout
I love doing online video workouts some days, or going for a walk or run others.. it just depends on what I have on and what I feel like doing. I suggest finding what exercise work best for you and fit them into your day with scheduling the time into your diary.
