It's only fitting I bring part 2 of 3 of my collab with Missguided & SBC on hump day as one of my main fitness goals this year is that I really want to work on getting a booty! I've always had quite a flat bum & am going to be doing more exercises that really target that area.
This video tutorial features the Plyo Jump Twist.. which is pretty much a jumping squat & a twist, it's actually quite fun! PART 2 | PLYO JUMP TWISTS
Squat as low as you can making sure that your chest is out and your shoulders are retracted. Keep your head high and jump plyometrically, rotating 180 degrees and transitioning straight into the squat as you land ready for the next rep. Keep soft knees when you land (think of a cat) but try to be as explosive as possible when you jump. This exercise works: full body, legs, glutes, core and promotes fat loss.
Beginner: 10 rotations
Intermediate: 16 rotations
Advanced: 20 rotations
