Okay so just because it's the weekend doesn't mean we have to dismiss fitting in a little exercise even if it's just 10-30mins or whatever you can fit in, it will make you feel great to get your body moving!

This is the third and final instalment of my collab with Missguided & SBC featuring another video workout tutuorial that will work your entire body! Combing all three of my video tutorials and completing whatever repetitions suit your fitness level with some walking, running or even a bike ride over the weekend will have your endorphins feeling great & thus making you happy & energised too!

PART 3 | MENAGE A TROIS

A backwards jump lunge into a squat and press, all combined in one flowing movement. Keep the core strong and the chin high. This is great for proprioception and balance and will hit your full body. It's cardio and it's going to make you stronger all round. This exercise works: full body, core, legs, shoulders, heart and promotes fat loss.

Beginner: 20 seconds
Intermediate: 30 seconds
Advanced: 45 - 60 seconds.

I hope you are all had a wonderful hump day! It's only fitting I bring part 2 of 3 of my collab with Missguided & SBC on hump day as one of my main fitness goals this year is that I really want to work on getting a booty! I've always had quite a flat bum & am going to be doing more exercises that really target that area.

This video tutorial features the Plyo Jump Twist.. which is pretty much a jumping squat & a twist, it's actually quite fun! PART 2 | PLYO JUMP TWISTS

Squat as low as you can making sure that your chest is out and your shoulders are retracted. Keep your head high and jump plyometrically, rotating 180 degrees and transitioning straight into the squat as you land ready for the next rep. Keep soft knees when you land (think of a cat) but try to be as explosive as possible when you jump. This exercise works: full body, legs, glutes, core and promotes fat loss.

Beginner: 10 rotations
Intermediate: 16 rotations
Advanced: 20 rotations

Today I am bringing you Part 1 of my collaboration with Missguided & Skinny Bitch Collective "the secret class of supermodels" training regime aimed at empowering women & the most talked about wellness and lifestyle project for women right now.

This collaboration is all about fitness & fashion and in Part 1 I am bringing you a short video tutorial of an exercise you may like to put into your own workout routine. Clock Lunges are great to target legs, glutes & core which is one thing I really want to tone up. I am not a huge gym person as such; I love to workout outdoors, attend the occasional yoga class & I really enjoy doing my own workouts & video tutorials at home.

PART 1 | CLOCK LUNGES

 

The SBC clock lunges are designed to take your legs and brain in different directions to fire the glutes and facilitate more changes in strength. It's great for building lean muscle. Pretend you're in a clock face and lunge to 12, 6, 3 and 9 o'clock. Do this 4 times on each side. Lunge forwards, backwards and to the sides (note that the final position should look like a curtsey)

Beginner : 3 reps of 12, 6, 3, 9 on each leg.
Intermediate: 5 reps of 12, 6, 3, 9 on each leg
Advanced: add barbell or free weight and aim for 6 reps of 12, 6, 3, 9
